![]() I really suggest looking into the effects of red light therapy, grounding, being in the sun and nature and exposure to incremental exercise and its effect on mitochondria. We've both been doing lots of healing/ learning about health and when this came up it was a light bulb moment for her. Her mum did all that for her after they moved to Spain and she got much better over the following 3 years. We think in her case is was regular exposure to sunlight/ earthing and incremental slow and steady daily exercices (at first it was a few steps, not pushing too hard but slowly increasing). My partner cured her self of very bad CFS, she was bed ridden/ wheelchair as a teen and as I speak she's doing her second work out of today. Supporting those systems is very important. ![]() They are the energy producers of our body and fatigue is often some form of damage or disfunction. ![]() I would really recommend for all you CFS suffers to look into mitochondria function and how to support it.
